Recruita normally only handle vacancies for PA's, Senior Secretaries and Office Managers, on a permanent or long term temporary basis (or temp-perm).

Code of Conduct |
Clients will only receive CVs from candidates who have been interviewed and who have expressed their desire to be put forward to the company. CVs will not normally number more than five, unless specifically requested by the Client.

Clients |
All Clients will be visited to ensure that only the most suitable candidates will be forwarded, to ensure a 'best-fit'. Where necessary, Company brochures and website addresses will be sought, and if requested Recruita will spend half a day at the client's premises, observing the day to day activities.

Candidates |
All Candidates will be interviewed and assessed where necessary. CVs will only be forwarded with the permission of the Candidate, who will have received a thorough description of the job and the company.
